Good Coffee and Atmosphere, Disappointing Service I recently visited this coffee shop and overall, my experience was a bit mixed. The cafe itself had a great ambiance with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, setting the perfect mood. The cake I ordered was delicious, and it complemented the quality of the coffee perfectly. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not as attentive as I had hoped. It took a while for them to take my order, and the wait for my coffee and cake was longer than expected. It would have been much more enjoyable if the service was prompt and efficient. Despite the service hiccup, I must emphasize that the coffee and cake were indeed great, and the cafe's atmosphere added to the overall charm. If the service could be improved, this coffee shop would be a fantastic place to relax and enjoy some delicious treats. Overall, my experience was a bit of a mixed bag, with excellent food and atmosphere, but let down by slow and inattentive service. I hope the staff can address these issues because I would love to visit again and have a better experience.

Excellent coffee (with a beautiful design), sandwiches, tea, pastries and service! I frequented this cafe each day (sometimes twice) while I accompanied my husband here for his work. Such a delightful place to grab a delicious meal in a cost atmosphere. After trying a couple other cafes I couldn't help just come back here- it's so good and just what I was hoping for!

Lovely local coffee shop Very friendly atmosphere, staff were polite and helpful Coffee mug was huge :) so if you want small/medium size coffee, customise your order with less milk, otherwise expect a venti Starbucks size of coffee . Cakes are delicious and fresh Ordering a coffee and cake may cost around £7 pp.

I have been to many cafés in Bournemouth but this one beats them all by miles. Atmosphere, service and value for money What a lovely relaxing place Loose leaf tea in a pot was very refreshing too. Shame Bournemouth is going down hill but this place has cheered me us immensely. We'll done to all your staff.

The food was amazing! Was feeling a little hangry and wanted to go to a nice cafe for lunch and this was the perfect place. I had a tuna melt which was incredible and a cookies and cream slice which was incredibly tasty and rich and a chocolate milkshake which was really good as well. The atmosphere was great as well, I loved the rustic vibe and when I went in it wasn't super noisy or super busy which was good. I would 100% recommend.

This is a delightful coffee shop situated on the corner of the Burlington Arcade on Old Christchurch Road. It has a real rustic feel to it, with a nice ambience and friendly staff. Lots of space inside and some seating outside too. Great tasting coffees and a very good selection of teas including herbal. It has only one single toilet for use.

Highly recommended. I also rate the Barista art on my Cappuccino that (on this occasion) looked like somebody's 'appendage'!

The coffee's a bit of a letdown, gotta be honest. But hey, the vibe here is always buzzing, totally gets you in the mood. Plus, their seats? Super comfy. It's like chilling at home, but better! The staff is very helpful.
