Great food, nice place to stop off, especially if your on a bike ride

We were there around noon on Sunday, second week of September. Hungry and trying to escape the sudden rain. In short - great location, average food and service.
My flat white was a 2 in 1 Nescafé, as I saw the waitress “brew” it. The cod was over fried, the burger was missing any other elements outside of beef and a single leaf of salad. The fries and pancakes were tasty.
The young waitress seemed very uninterested and didn’t even know the number of our table, it felt like us ordering our food was of great burden for her. The lady who brought the food out was very pleasant and professional. 1 star for the young waitress and 5 for her more experienced colleague. The chef accommodated our request to have salt free food for our toddler, which was great.

Great friendly service .we wanted breakfast. Was in queue before 12.20 but served after 12.32 so could not get breakfast. Still suggested great other things on menu which we ordered and enjoyed .

We visited Bournemouth back in May and ate the most tasty fish n chips at the Prom Diner which overlooks the beach near Boscombe Pier. The food was 'so sooo good' we went back the next morning and we were served with equally delicious breakfasts and a warm welcoming smile. The food was presented well and the portion sizes were generous too. If we're ever back in the area we'd definitely eat there again. Two very happy customers! 😊😊

What a lovely little place. Food was great and a decent portion, we had the bacon cheeseburger meal which was quite filling. Decent prices, lovely view from the diner and the staff were really friendly. Well worth a visit!

We had great brunch here food came quickly nicely presented &tasty served by 2 x lovely young ladies! nice American style diner decor in beautiful seafront location lovely outdoor eating area bit 2 breezy when we went but def go again reasonable prices for location an overall good experience

Had a good time in Bournemouth. Service at the Prom Diner was great, choice of inside or outside dining. Outside overlooking the sea. Lovely fish & Chips and mushy peas.

An off season treat worth finding. Booths and American diner style tables with views of sea and boscombe pier. Outdoor seating too. 50s/60s music. Full English with tea or coffee for £9.50 good value for the views, American style pancakes and bacon really good value for £4.80 (January 2023). Shame it’s not refillable coffee but I guess they don’t want you staying all day. Also no toilets on site but free council facilities a few doors down. Empty at 10am on a Sunday but I suspect it gets a lot busier later and in season.

This Diner is situated opposite the beach, it has beautiful views of the sandy beach and sea. The staff are friendly. The restaurant is themed to look like an American diner. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. I had a coffee and a very tasty millionaire shortbread. I recommend checking this place out.
