Nicely cooked unpretentious food and friendly staff. Don't go if you're in a hurry as service isn't quick. I personally don't like dogs in a place where I'm eating, but obviously dog owners might think it's a good idea.
You can usually park on the road outside and there is a council car park nearby.

Homely, warm experience with quality, home cooked, British menu. We enjoyed Christmas dinner and were impressed by the generous portions of pate and blue cheese given the very reasonable prices. It's a firm favourite with locals and I can see why. Very friendly and flexible staff as well.

Excellent meal, great value for money. Wish we had gone there earlier in the week but only open lunch time and closed Monday and Tuesday. Definitely recommend as my wife is coeliac and they couldn’t have been more helpful and cooked the meal for her.

We were staying in an apartment close to this lovely little cafe so decided to buy our lunchtime sandwiches there. It was the same lady who served us on both days and she was very friendly and professional. We sat and waited while our sandwiches were made. They were really nice, very fresh with plenty of filling. Wrapped up really well so we could transport them down to the beach for our lunch. Can thoroughly recommend.
