Great staff, was very chatty and gave us recommendations as we were unsure what to choose out of all the options they deliver. I went for a dirty Dave it was amazing!

So my go to milkshake is definitely a double daim, an absolute beauty of a shake! My best friend likes a kitkat and aero, odd choice but she loves it. Also love that they do hot drinks too

This place is great, So many flavors, the choice is massive! The staff are really friendly and helpful too. We both wanted a nutty and chocolate milkshake which the man behind the till gave us a few helpful suggestions, we both went for a large Dave, it was amazing and definitely will be back.

This is the place for shakes! Visited with my family and bizarre tastes! Personally, black jack, kinder Bueno, squishes and Jaffa cake sounds vile, but they made it for my wife and didn’t even question it! Great chatting to them whilst they made it, and were great in suggesting alternatives for a missing item she wanted. Can’t fault the place, and well worth a visit! Superb COVID support and expertly done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I hadn't been here in a long time and decided to visit with some friends. Staff very friendly and facilities good. Prices also for drinks and snacks fairly reasonable.
Also pool tables are good quality and smooth to play on. Decent size and you can get a good game going on them.
Only giving 4 stars rather than 5 though as I felt they have tried to squeeze 1 too many tables in, meaning if it's busy you end up bumping elbows and shoulders with the people playing next you you often...
I'd therefore only go back and play if it was quiet.

Always busy. Lots of choice. Service slow when busy. I had milkybar shake, which was ok, not a particularly strong flavour to it. My husband had Fry's mint and that tasted good.

Amazing choice of flavours and so delicious. I thought the prices were ok, not any more than other places I've been too. You can sit inside or outside, although there's not a huge amount of seating. Staff are friendly, however it took a long time after placing my order to actually get my shake. The queue was out the door and only 1 of the 4 staff seemed to be making shakes, the others were cleaning or stocking the nearly full shelves.

I normally don't write reviews, but thought I should just say today the staff dealt with some difficult customers very well. If you as a customer can't appreciate the amount of effort and time it will take to make 5 different shakes before yours and have to wait a whole ten minutes then you really don't deserve to enjoy a shakeaway shake!!

If you love milkshakes, this is the place for you! Every flavour imaginable, with fresh, genuine ingredients (jaffa cakes, rolos, mint aeros etc.) Regular or Large, with extra toppings available. Other ingredients available, such as protein, malt etc. Worth the money and wait (can be a bit slow and popular), but they're really filling. Usually popular with teenagers at the weekends, but the loyalty card makes up for it!

simply delicious! i love the wide range and variety available, its a real treat! my favourite has to be kinder buenom, but i would reccommend trying which ever one tickles your fancy. They are quite pricey in comparison to a soft drink but reasonable when taking into account the price of hot chocolate and other luxury drinks. This shop is tucked away of bournemouth high street and is usually bussling with people but i would recommend it as it is well worth the wait, definitely try it!

This is a very nice place to go when you are spending time in Bournemouth. You can have a milkshake, with a very large variety of choice in terms of flavors. You can also choose toppings to go with it, and it is a very refreshing drink to have. One thing is that the prices may be quite expensive, but the quality certainly is of a very high standard.
