Fantastic pub! Always a warm welcome from the locals when we visit (we are from out of town) amazing entertainment especially at weekend, always have a good night here. Pleased to see quiz master has changed too :)

Good selection of beers. Long reverberation time so gets noisy as the alcohol flows. Why do people have to shout at each other and all talk at oncea. In olden days of cause people stood which made hearing easier.

Love this place. Nice little garden space on the back and the most delicious cheesy chippies ever. Met lovely people as well. Definitely would hang around there again. Proper place where you can meet locals and it's the best experience ever.

We had a great Saturday night knees-up in this friendly local pub. A live singer for entertainment and the local customers and staff make you feel very welcome. I'm looking forward to going again very soon 😊 💃

Enjoyable, good atmosphere, the band was a 3 piece with a very clever percussionist. Beer was good I had Directors. Plenty of gins for my friend to choose from.

Saturday night they had a live music act, singer with a guitar. He was very good. Got lots of people up and dancing.
The pub has a great atmosphere. The woman behind the bar worked her socks off, keeping everyone served and everyone happy. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Quite a cross section of customers, and an age range from 18 to 80.
