Service was great .. Andy knew his stuff from the menu to the wine list... he made the eve .. the food was OK.. not the best tapas I've had but wasn't bad either. I do recommend all the same

Un poco de España en Inglés! As a British person who loves Spain this is the closest to an authentic Spanish atmosphere and taste experience. Will I come back? Yes! Every time I get the oportunidad!

I live 5 minutes walk away from Chef Carlos which is great for me and my friends.I use Chef Carlos about twice a month to eat in and to take away.The food is always superb , especially his Seafood and Chicken Paellas.A very prompt,polite and professional service.The food is very realistically and fairly priced .I have recommended Chef Carlos many times to friends and family and so glad that this restaurant is on my doorstep in Southbourne.

Super tasty!! This spot is incredible, everything was delicious. The portion sizes are very good for a tapas place so it’s great value for money. Some of the best mushrooms and prawns I’ve ever eaten our. Also one of the best sangrias too!

Great place. Food made to order and served steaming . The 6 of us each had something different and we all tried a little of each others . All were great.
