Honestly, Caffè Nero is the preferred place for me; twice per day; morning and afternoon; Americano and cheesecake 🧀. Best of the Best Caffè Nero is the best.

This is my local Caffè Nero and I visit here at least 2-3 times a week on my way into work.
The staff are always cheerful and friendly and my flat white is always made perfectly.
I use my Vitality vouchers each week.
The pain au raisin and almond croissant are always tasty!
There is a deceptively large seating area upstairs and a few tables downstairs.

I come here once a week for a drink and the staff are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. Even when they are rushed off their feet, they always have a smile for you. The drinks are always top notch!

By far the smallest Nero ever frequented, but in no way lacking. The staff are courteous, and the cafe is very clean. There are four tables outside that can accommodate 16 customers, and inside it has a few comfortable chairs for those that need to relax that little bit more. No loud music. Simply a calm and quiet environment, facilitating the opportunity to enjoy your drink of choice and seek refuge from the day whilst doing so.

A nice little Caffe Nero this. H and I had been beating our feet around the Bournemouth shops and nipped in for a refreshment. The staff were pleasant, the coffee and tea were tasty and the ambience was 'coffee-house'. No complaints from us.
