Apologies to start. Informed the great waiter we would be back after a show however, the show ended up finishing 45 minutes later and was at the pavilion not BIC. Being disabled i could not make it back before closing. Not sure about the other negative views but my wife and i had a great time,service from our waiter (2/11/23) and food were fantastic. Recommend the lamb steak off the specials board.

We visited the Cristallo with some trepidation after reading some fierce criticism in reviews a few months old. However some recent comments were very positive so we decided to give it a try. All I can say is that the service, the ambience and the quality of food was faultless. The sea bass was cooked to perfection and the Belgian apple pie was incredible! I would also recommend the Merlot which was sublime and very reasonably priced. We look forward to further visits during our stay in Bournemouth!

The wife enjoyed her Risotto, although thought there could of been some more mushrooms. I had chicken stroganoff with Mash and broccoli. Not had this before. Nice and tasty but sauce seemed on the thin side, needed more cream in there? Maybe come with garlic bread or more Mash? Service was great and friendly. Would of had starter and a dessert but we were on a tight schedule for the BIC 😁❤
