It’s what you’d expect from a Five Guys in that the food and milkshakes are pretty decent but overly expensive. At this branch in particular I’ve never had any issues - staff always polite and the place is always kept clean and tidy. 4 stars instead of 5 as a reflection of price which although is a corporate decision I feel reflects on my overall review of the place.

Love the place! There is always good vibe. The person that took our order was so friendly and polite, there was free nuts that we eat while waiting for our order ( no that we had to wait to much) everything was so quick and the food absolutely delicious!!

Went in at 9:40pm drunk off my face (still am) and was able to order and not feel intimidated by the staff(served by fawzy, he's a cool guy), they're legends and I love them all 10/10, anyone who works after 9pm deserves the world

Never been to Five Guys before. The burgers are great and you can choose loads of free toppings. If you order chips/fries just for one then order the little fries. They would probably be enough for 2 people! Free refills on the fizzy drinks with so many combinations to choose from. Would definitely go back.

Well... this was our first five guys experience... all I can say is yummm! Three happy food faces!
A very helpful person met us at the till to guide us through the order, food was freshly prepared and wrapped in foil.
I must say, the hot fries with mayo dip were just great, light, salted and with skins on... and you just get sooo many! (To be honest, they are at their best hot!)
We had one bacon dog and two cheese / bacon burgers, all with custom ingredients, and they tasted how they look.
Well done 5 guys... we have probably waited too long (but then, it is a fair trip just to come into Bournemouth), but now we have experienced, I have the app to speed things up next time we order!
The restaurant was clean, as were the toilets. The food is freshly prepared so you do have to wait a few minutes. The staff were also helpful. Visit was on a Friday lunchtime, with plenty of seating.

I've never been in one of these before.
First impressions were that it was clean & tidy.

I just wanted to try their expensive but supposedly great milkshakes. 2 of them cost £11 but were very nice.

My experience was a good surprise to me, I wasn’t expecting much as I’ve never really liked the idea of how much Five Guys was but I must say it is well worth the money. The burger I had was brilliant, packed with taste and with the extra toppings of my choice for free was amazing. If you go here don’t be worried about the price and always get the small fries because they always put more in anyways and end up with a size that’s close to large anyways.
