Clean store with good service. One downside is that you can’t get online unless you sign up to their Wi-Fi — not sure if that’s the same for all Pret locations. The toilets also require an entry code.
Very rude and unhelpful staff at the counter, personal hygiene of the staff is only optional .One can't serve open container food or prepare drinks with untidy hair even if dreadlocks. The establishment is not clean, had to search for a clean table. Unsafe seating , slashed cushions. Simply awful.
This is a lovely cafe. Big and airy, I liked the space to move around when I entered. There is plenty of seating inside and outside.
There is a wide range of delicious food and drinks to eat. However, this chain only makes drinks in takeaway cups, so I had to bring my re-usable cup.
The food is delicious and has been every single time I’ve been here. The staff are very friendly too however it is so unbelievably frustrating that the WiFi doesn’t work here. 4g also doesn’t work either. Myself and many others who are self employed and work online would spend more time (and money) here if the WiFi worked.
Called in this afternoon for a hot chocolate. Ordered 2 hot chocs and a babychino. Was given 1 'hot' hot choc and 1 warm one. Yilda took a long time making them and left lots of powder on the bottom where it hadn't been mixed properly. Will go elsewhere next time. Disappointing.
Counter staff are miserable and rude. The tall guy doesn't even look at or acknowledge you, just have to guess if he heard you or understood. The woman is equally short mannered. Don't bother trying to say hello or how are you, because …
