Best sandwich shop in Dorset! They’re so generous with their fillings, everything is delicious and high quality and the delivery times are always super quick! You never know when you order a sandwich if it will be made how you like it but these guys nail it every time! If you’re not sure what to do for lunch you should lunch in out :)
I've only been twice, once was on a weekend and a really long wait while they were focusing on orders which were being delivered. But I dropped in for brunch on a Thursday and no such issues, it was cooked better than my last visit as they weren't super busy too.
Absolutely love this place. Baguettes are Absolutely spot on everytime. Packed full of tasty fillings and you gotta try the cakes all handmade and just as delicious. They deliver to me and its always quick and delivered with care. Must try if you are in boscombe
This is the second time I've ordered from here and both times the food was excellent. The ingredients are lovely and fresh - the tuna and red onion melt baguette I had today was like a little slice of heaven, honestly. A real treat. Coffee tastes good also. To make the most of the delivery fee and support local business (knowing the food would be good) I ordered a second sandwich to put in the fridge and have for dinner tonight. 😀 For me experiences such as this underline the fact that you could spend not a lot less on a soggy sandwich / wrap with questionable fillings from Coop, Tesco etc., or you could get real value for your money and enjoy delicious fresh food from here.
My absolute favourite breakfast/lunch place! As I've not been able to leave the house for almost a year now due to the pandemic and being severely disabled, I've had to rely on food delivery, and the very reasonable prices and wonderful food at Lunch In Out has been a great help on the days I am unable to cook for myself! Being able to enjoy a fresh, hot sausage and egg baguette, and ordering a ham and egg mayo (never used to like egg mayo, somehow these guys make it incredibly tasty!) one for dinner time has become a happy routine! Would recommend this place to anyone, simple, fresh, quality food at a great price!
In Boscombe today visiting mum, we went out for lunch and stop here to eat, mum had a rap and I have to say the tiger bread sandwich I had was absolutely tasty, I would have say better than sub-way, in fact mum went back for a second rap on the way home.

Lunch In Out keeps me going! I order from here at least 3 times a week. The food is always delicious and fresh and the beverages are hot and yummy. The owner can’t do enough for his customers and his manager Theresa makes the most gorgeous cakes and nibbles - I am disabled and cannot cook my own food - Benoit and Theresa provide most of my daily dietary needs and ‘tweak’ any bugs in the Deliveroo app in accordance with my needs.
I recommend this place to all my friends and have never had a bad experience over the last year of ordering from them.
I’ve been to Lunch in Out twice now and both times the service has been exceptional. The greeting I get when I have gone into the shop has been so welcoming which is rare to come by I find AND the coffee and baguette I had was absolute delicious. So well priced. So over all, it’s my new favourite place, especially being able to sit outside and watch the world go past. Thanks guys 🙌🙌🙌
Lovely, little, independently run sandwich place with great variety of tasty, fresh ingredients in delicious rolls or wraps! Also, the coffee is high quality and, this is rare these days, served hot rather than warm! Also, Ben the owner is a top guy. I went every day for lunch when I was staying in Boscombe for a month in the summer and I look forward to a revisit and another fine sandwich and coffee! Highly recommended!
I've been coming to Lunch in out for a long time now. They have the best coffee in town and the food is amazing. You get so much food for your money. The staff are awesome thanks guys xx
