Friendly staff, comfortable and calm environment, nice air conditioning in the summer, comfortable seating. Pricing depends on what you get but for the quality of coffees and other drinks it is better value for money than some other places. Loyalty cards also are a very good incentive to keep coming back, cant complain about a free frappe!

Ok. You pay for a nice place to sit down and a coffee.They allow dogs which is a big plus and also have outdoor seating. The staff are very helpful. WiFi for those that want it. Nice comfy seating.

This Nero's is great. The staff are really warm and friendly. Their hot chocolate is vegan and they have a wide range of food options. They are dog friendly and accessible. The seating is nicely spread out so there are quieter areas to sit as well as outdoor seating and seating in the royal arcade.

When shopping, in Boscombe near Bournemouth, we always use this branch. Have never had a bad coffee there. Staff always welcoming and cheerful. Tables cleaned asap

A lovely relaxed atmosphere where we regularly catch up with other regulars that go to Neros. Thursdays are market days and therefore busier. The staff are great and do everything to help. Dogs are rarely off the lead and are always welcome, there was a customer who would let his JR wander.

This has been my local weekend hangout for the last 5+ years - the friendly staff remember my order! There are comfy sofas and loads of windows to look out and watch the world go by and they play cool music. They have a great range of cakes and other sweet goodies as well as sandwiches as soups. There's outdoor seating that gets loads of sun in the summer months and they have a Cloud WiFi hotspot. Oh and the coffee is way better than at Costa or any of the other chains.

I love to treat myself to a coffee from Nero. It's the best chain of coffee around in my opinion due to the quality of what they serve and the atmosphere. Boscombe Nero is no different and is always an enjoyable visit with top-notch baristas ready to serve.
