Lovely friendly and relaxed experience, Great service by Cristina ..food was excellent, I ordered a vanilla latte which I have to say was the best. The taste of vanilla really came through, most coffees I've had from other place I can hardly taste the vanilla being in the coffee. I will certainly be back for more!

Very friendly staff and the drink I ordered was amazing. It's got a good steady flow where it is on the train station. Only real issue is that the cafe could do with a makeover.

I visited Pumpkin cafe recently on my way to London and loved the quick service, friendly atmosphere and good coffee there. Would definitely recommend others to grab a drink or snacks there before catching their train :)

Nice café situation inside the station at platform 2. The area was clean and had comfortable chairs. The only downside was that there were unfortunately no vegan sandwiches/panini or pastry options and alternative milk was at an extra cost of 0.65p.

The flat whites at 'The Pumpkin' are always on point! Never disappointed, and on my ways to work, I've always got a "caffeine skip" in my step. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Don't miss out on your morning coffee, at platform 2 at Bournemouth Station, before you set off on your journey 👍

In the many years I’ve been commuting in and out of Bournemouth rail station, Gary and his colleagues have always provided a warm smile and efficient service - vital when your train is just pulling up outside! In an underappreciated service industry, they remain shining stars. Thank you.
/edit to add: served by someone other than Gary today who couldn’t work the till and gave me the wrong drink (coffee instead of hot chocolate - I can’t stand coffee), which I only found out once I was on my train. Gutted.

Was in here on 9th of february , amazing management, even if it was a very busy morning , Cristina and Garry managed to serve fast and professional while staying nice and friendly, well done guys! Also they have a good promotion on coffee + bacon or sausage roll, it’s a must go place while you waiting for your train!!!

We left Weymouth at 07.20am and tried to buy coffee at Gregs next to the station before catching our train. A queue of people buying bacon sarnies meant we had to abort.
My husband then risked just dashing out of our London bound train in Bournemouth and the fabulous Pumpkin staff managed to serve him two coffees in record time for him to get back on the same train with minutes to spare before it left. Massive thank you to them both - never has coffee tasted so good!

I travel all over the country and use various station catering outlets but few can match the quality of the Pumpkin at Bournemouth Station, which I visit several times a week. All the staff are really friendly. Indeed they all know exactly how I like my coffee! The team is ably led by manager Cristina, who not only oversees the maintenance of high standards, but has added a number of friendly touches of late, like pictures on the wall and ledges, which all go to making the place more homely. I really do enjoy every visit and am always made to feel welcome. 🌞
