Boscombe Costa is dropping the way they treat the customers good. There is always a problem ordering a basic hot/cold milk. Which is a basic product. The majority of the staff cannot make a proper flat white, let alone any other high quality drink. The service is delayed often due to the focus being on digital orders. And when you approach the store manager he wants to pass it on to area manager rather than deal with issue. I loved this store for a while, but lately its becoming a poor choice to enjoy a coffee out. Marie is probably the only 1 member who smiles and works effortlessly for the customer.

Lovely staff, lemon muffin very fresh, tasty & my Mocha yummy. Sat at front of shop. Shame on the bad reviews, they cannot help being so busy & having to wait. Just be more patient. I visited again today, sat in same place. ALEKSANDRA was just brilliant, I was very tearful about something & she was SO kind. She is just great. Thank you again X

Quality coffee, beats the competition. Friendly staff & in my case very helpful. The coffee is always the same quality no matter if it's town, motorway or airport. Tasty snacks that complement your coffee. Impressed with the extra time taken when wiping down surfaces due to covid. One criticism of the boscombe outlet, it's starting to look a wee bit tired, the interior needs some TLC. Still worth a visit though. Enjoy.
