Very kind, polite & professional staff. Quick service, I ordered a chicken burger which was served within about 10 minutes. Tummy filling, couldn't even finish the entire burger to be honest. I've had chicken burgers from places elsewhere around the beach & I must say this was the best one so far. The burger patty was the right size, crispy & served with good quantity lettuce, tomato & mayo. Though mayo was less rich (watery), it gave the burger the perfect moisture. No onions added though.
I had it as a takeaway but then decided to have it at the outdoor seating of the cafe with the best view of the beach.
I've read reviews for this cafe from the past & from what I observed today, they have definitely improved a lot.
Will definitely visit again if coming to Bournemouth.

We went today for some food before heading to the beach and the staff went above and beyond to make my daughter who is allergic to dairy, soya and citrus a kids box meal by letting change the ingredients to suit her diet without any questions or hiking the price up... this is very rare for us because normally the second we mention allergies the price seems to be hiked to double...the staff were amazing too and I had one very hapoy little girl

Lovely staff, tasty breakfast. But the soft whip ice cream was divine. Just look at the size of that thing for only £2. The best, largest and cheapest soft swirl ice cream in Bournemouth

Nice coffee, reasonably priced especially for sea front. A man didn't get asked to stop vaping inside though. Quite echoey so other people's children seemed noisy 😏

Stopped for coffee and a muffin after walking all the way from Alum Chine. Lovely and sunny. Very mild. Quite a lot of people around. Great to get out in the fresh air.

We use this cafe regularly. Dogs are welcome on outside decking and it's a good place to watch the world go by while enjoying a proper mug of tea.

This place is right next to and part of the Bournemouth sea life centre.
So there are always going to be a lot of children about. Having said that the staff coped really well. They were polite, courteous and helpful.
Clearly well trained and efficient.
Although busy the noise levels were ok. The views across the pier and the beach are lovely and you get a real sense of how popular Bournemouth is.
Food was inexpensive, fresh and of God quality.
