We come to here regularly and always find the service good and the drinks reliably good. I like the cappuccino cake sometimes they forget to refill the soap dispenser.

Best coffee shop in Castle Point. Friendly staff and often busy. Some of the poor reviews on here are ridiculous. These guys work hard and are always cleaning.

I like Cafe Nero coffee and the staff are always helpful. Because it's at the back of Waterstones it's quite small and cramped.

A very nice man wirh a slightly foreign accent took my order & was most helpful. Food was great & mocha's delicious. Especially mine topped with cream. Highly recommended.

Good selection of food for a small outlet at the back of Waterstones. Super friendly staff. Only down side is that, due to covid, most tables are set up for 2 people so our family of 4 had to sit in two groups.

Good service as always. Even though it was busy they didn't let their high standards of customer service slide. Very welcoming and a nice environment for a coffee after a bit of shopping 😉

Nero is in the perfect position for shoppers & for anyone catching a bus or coach. It opens early to attract earlybirds & those wanting a quieter experience. It can be really busy on Saturdays & popular most days of the week round 11am. Staff really work well as a team.

Surprisingly quiet today but I guess the start of the car park repairs may be having an impact. My skinny decaf cappuccino served efficiently by smiling staff who didn't make me feel I was an interruption to their afternoon, as sometimes happens in other coffee shops I visit. All in all, a pleasant experience in the midst of my sales shopping.
