Art Sushi

I have just one word: EPIC! Excellent, irresistible, pleasant and classy! We love coming to Bournemouth for the views and atmosphere but we have yet another, amazingly tasty reason to visit more often. If you like sushi then this place is a must. The flavours are combined uniquely and yet in so simple way that we have forgotten about soy sauce and wasabi as it was perfect just the way it was. Don’t wait and visit becasue soon there might be waiting list. Top place ⭐️

Definitely my go to place in the Bournemouth area, I never get tired of repeating. Staff are nice, the atmosphere is very pleasant and sushi is just amazing! Specials by the chef are always a surprise but the sea bass with mint nigiri and the king prawn tempura california are essentials. The experience of seating in the bar is worth trying.

Our company had an amazing sushi masterclass lunch with the friendly Art Sushi team! They gave us an incredibly detailed demonstration, explaining the key techniques and recipe items that go into each style of sushi, which all tasted fantastic! Our team were also very lucky to give it a go themselves. We all can't wait to visit the restaurant. Thanks from the Extreme.

We chose Art Sushi for our anniversary and we're so glad we did. There were some things on the menu we had never tried before and some we like from being avid sushi lovers. Everything thrilled, nothing disappointed. Everything, including the helpful staff was 5*. Only thing for us... lights were too bright, but we were being romantic and they didn't know that, so totally not their fault.

Beautiful food. We sat at the bar and were able to watch chef artistically create our food, an absolute must if you visit! Everything we tried tasted so unbelievably fresh and the flavours coming through in each bite were heaven. From walking in the door, and throughout our visit the staff could not have been more attentive. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back.

Perfect Sushi! Great selection of vegan food available and so lovely in accommodating a gluten allergy! Very fun experience being able to see your incredibly fresh food prepared infront of you! Lovely servers who were very aware of allergies! One small detail I noticed was how incredibly clean the glasses were, in fact, everything was incredibly clean! Brilliant atmosphere and music was a great volume. Clearly a LOT of care has gone into making this venue perfect.

Art Sushi was simply amazing and a great option for an anniversary dinner. High quality, fresh ingredients with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and lovely staff. Seeing your food professionally made for you in the center of the restaurant is mesmerising and it tastes as good as it looks. The head chef seems exceptionally proud of what he has created, and so he should be! Vegan options are wide and tasty, for those who don't like fish (like me) and vegans (of course). The place looks like it'd be through the roof prices of somewhere in California, but they're actually very reasonable! A meal for two with various dishes, sushi and lots of different drinks (try one of their teas!) set us back only £56. Can't wait to come back!
