Had a great time here with my Girlfriend and our Mums. Very nice little restaurant, friendly staff (Oliver in particular) and really tasty food. Drink and starter service was really fast though there was a little wait for plates to be cleared and Sunday roast to come (they had a few new tables turn up tbh) but was well worth the wait as the beef was delicious. Chicken was a touch dry though it’s easily done, everything else on plate was spot on. Bread is baked fresh and the pudding seems to be too - great value and looking forward to returning after the rebrand!

The best food I have had in Westbourne and possibly the best meze I have ever had in my life! Every dish was delicious and the bread was warm and fresh. Beautiful fish and the portion sizes beat us in the end. Very good value for quality and wonderful, friendly service. We will be back!

We are new residents in Westbourne. We were welcomed at II Forno by a lovely young lady who served us, and a gentleman who made a lovely cocktail for me.
The food was interesting and very tasty and homemade, lovely wine too. A very sweet little restaurant and we will visit again for lunch or dinner.

Fantastic dinner. We had the lamb ravine and the beef rib with chicken. Starters were also great. The mango chicken salad both quirky and delicious.

I bought a groupon voucher for the sunday roast. The restaurant is not big but very pleasant, nice atmosphere, friendly service, delicious food nicely served. Dessert surprised us very much, delicious, melted in the mouth. A small downside was the temperature, after about 20 minutes it got a little chilly, so in winter it's worth taking a sweater with you. To sum up; good food, great place to meet colleagues or loved one. Highly recommended, the place you want to return to. 😊

Freindly, accomodating and understanding.
We had our work Christmas meal here, and the Chef helped us organise it, he was open to preorders and they had a set christmas menu. Everything went well and everyone was happy. The house red wine is very nice. I'd like to come back sometime when it's not Christmas to experience the Oven pide and pizzas.

Enjoyed a three course Sunday lunch at Il Forno, main and dessert both excellent, only thing that let it down was the starter was very average. Compact venue but nice atmosphere. Good value, would go again for the roast beef and red wine.

An outstanding & truly memorable experiance - a hidden gem
Amazing food with vibrant colour and fantastic flavours. Perfectly cooked, fresh and innovative. The team, especially Baz, the owner, were fun&welcoming, we had a great time with Baz and got a wonderful picture of how the dishes were created, sourced and cooked. Great atmosphere - just a truly amazing and memorable experiance, thanks and we'll be down again.

This place is open about 4 weeks. We enjoyed a lot! Interior is stylish. They have big oven where they bake bread, it's absolutely delicious and is served as a compliment with dips. All food was really tasty and we finished it with Moroccan tea!
