Firstly the service here was great, the staff are well trained in the menu and how the meat is cooked and prepared. This is reassuring and really made a difference with ordering.
Secondly the food and drink is great, and of course the steak is, as you can imagine, cooked to perfection. Plenty of Wine to match your order and served by the glass and bottle.
The environment is good with split level seating, you may consider wearing a top as the Aircon can be chilly, although there is a number of seats to choose from.
Although not the cheapest restaurants, I did think it was good value for the extra paid, and worth the treat.

Had a meal here Wednesday evening whilst visiting and it was devine. They accommodated well for a family with a baby and both food and service was top notch. Steak was cooked perfectly and the quantity of food was amazing value for money. Was our first Miller and Carter but definitely won't be our last!

Great meal and bonus was it was a Sunday special. Totally worth the price and our waitress was very attentive and helpful regarding my partners garlic intolerance.

Amazing place to go for a special meal! I went here at the end of November just to take my Mum there after getting paid from work. I had the Chateaubriand (by myself 🤣) and my Mum had a burger. Everything came out quickly and perfectly cooked. Our waiter was a lovely man, very knowledgeable and entertaining.
We have already been back once but we’re definitely making this a regular thing! Maybe once every couple of months 🙂

Tried the Bournemouth restaurant on a Wednesday afternoon it was very quiet and the waitress Kasia was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different steaks .Kasia helped me choose the 50 day aged black Angus fillet a very good recommendation..the steak was cooked superbly and the flavour was really good..the onion loaf that came with it was lovely it also came with a wedge of lettuce along with my choice of honey mustard and bacon dressing that was really nice too..I had the beef dripping sauce with the steak and that was a great accompaniment.
It didn't take much persuasion to have a dessert so I had the chocolate brownie that was very nice
I would certainly would recommend this restaurant and thankyou again to Kasia for a wonderful service.
