One shop with two doors, one side has sweets, ice cream and other interesting items and the other is a cafe.
We had hot chocolate which had a few different options, buttered crumpet and cream teas. The scones were hot and one of the best scones I have had in a long time. I wasn’t sure if to go jam first and then cream, or the other way around!
The lady serving was direct, but lovely, she gave us a towel for the dog as he had been swimming in the Bovey river.
Tasty authentic fresh veggie fare, good service and nice surroundings. Loose leaf tea is delicious. Recommend highly
