Went here at around 6pm and came in due to their early bird 2 course offer which was around £16. Food came out quickly and was nice. The roast chicken was a bit dry but everything else was good. Enjoyed the vegetable tempuras and the chicken burger especially.
Really enjoyable first time visit for cocktails after finding some good reviews on here.
It didn't disappoint at all! Staff were friendly and highly-skilled at making the delicious cocktails. So much so, we decided to stay a bit longer with another round and some Texan Dirty Fries.
Roaring fire on
Absolutely brilliant lunch and pints, very like American barbeque and definitely something different. The jerk chicken rub was delicious and all the little extras were great. Decent price and both guys who served us really friendly, right pick for a pub in Bowness I think.
Friendly staff (unlike some other places) and top food. Would highly recommend this place.
1st: I love the fact that the 2 for £15 you can mix and match! 2nd: Even though their dishwasher was broke, they got it fixed the same evening. 3rd: The food was great and really recommend the Texan Dirty Fries! They were to die for!!!

Lovely staff, waitresses were so chatty and helpful and lad behind the bar made us the best martinis I’ve ever had. Lovely spot when sitting outside with delicious burgers and nachos. 10/10
The waiters and waitrwsssis were very friendly and the food was very nice however there was no singing or anything so it was a tiny bit quiet but if ur into that kind of thing then go for it I would go again it was great overall 8/10 😁

Food was brilliant, service excellent. Prices affordable. Really good place for having a really nice dinner. Dogs accepted as well. We had a very pleasant meal.
Came here for something to eat on a Sunday evening. The service and staff were amazing. Food was lovely and reasonably price. The portions were large. The atmosphere and music were great. Lovely place. Would definitely recommend.
A a street away from the lake. The staff were friendly. We only stopped by for a quick drink, but the menu looked good.

Went to the arts cocktail bar on Saturday 8th April after being Hassled
three times by jumped up woman bouncer to leave the lake view by bang on 9 pm cos we had one child.

Walked down from Windermere on a very cold frosty day. Saw this pub slightly up a hill which looked inviting. Was going to sit outside as there were plenty of patio heaters but thankfully dogs were allowed indoors😊. Welcoming surroundings, added bonus a real fire and the most delicious Pina Colada.
Dirty Dogs all round and they didn't disappoint, very tasty indeed and 4 very happy bellies! To top it off it was all enjoyed in the outside seating area, making the most of the beautiful weather 😎
