Really good quality fish, served with proper, fresh cut potato chips, mushy peas, tartar sauce, and a wedge of lemon. My wife had one or their pies, a proper pie, the sort
A nice spot to stop for fish & chips.
After a little wait I had fish, chips, mushy peas and tarter sauce. Delicious and friendly service, will definitely coming back again next time we visit.

We got to Bowness at about 5 minutes to closing time for the fish and chip takeaway kiosk, with a starving hungry “could eat a horse” 6 year old in tow. First thing after we came out the car park? Been twice in 4 days, once for takeaway and once sitting inside. Food was amazing both times, lovely to sit outside in the warmth when raining. Only down side is having to que outside in the rain (4 people in front) but this didn't ruin my experience
We got fish and chips to takeaway and eat by the lake the other evening. Service was friendly and food was freshly cooked to order. Fish was perfectly cooked and we really enjoyed it.
Went here over the weekend and it was bouncing it down. We ordered and whilst we waited under the canopy amongst the trees were sat at a table covers from the rain. Each table has its own heater. Just need to work on the flooring and you've smashed it .
Great fish and chips, tastes great, well presented and easy to eat, plenty of space to eat under shelter or across the road on the green. Not greasy at all, would recommend for all the family!
