So many local pubs closing.... Found this one and very pleased too. Cosy and friendly. Decent, value for money pub grub. Good beers. Apparently fantastic Sunday lunches

The food is good honest pub grub, they have a fun play area for children in a heated side tent. Plus outdoor activities. And the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful.

Amazingly child friendly and a great find if you have young children. Loads for them to do and explore. As well as a special playroom which you can rent for parties etc. Lots of parking and friendly staff.

Went here on a Saturday evening for food and drinks. 3 adults and 2 children. Food and service was amazing. Highly recommend the prawn and avocado salad. Nice seating outside where u can keep watch of the children. They both had a fun time in the play area. Will definitely go again soon.

Had a great evening with family ,we all enjoyed our food . The marquee was great as the younger children could play and we were able to relax. Staff all friendly. Second visit ,definitely go again and recommend.

Food is lovely and portions are generous. Love the marquee for children as it has so many toys for kids to play with as well as a bouncy castle. Will become a regular as I enjoyed our first visit very much.

Was surprised when we got there that they had made a softplay area, great place if you have kids as they have a fair amount for them to do

We booked the marquee which is basically an outside, under cover play room for kids which you can order food and eat inside. An excellent idea for parents who want to eat without the hassle of not knowing if the kids will behave or get bored. The food is home made and delicious. There is also a decent sized garden with climbing frame etc outside too. Thoroughly recommend
