I really like it here and my kids LOVE it. The staff are friendly and helpful, food arrived quickly and tastes great, and I am addicted to the Ice Cream Factory. It’s a perfect pre-movie dinner, and it’s part of Meerkat Meals. Bargain!

Great offers through O2 rewards and Meerkat rewards. Food was very fresh abd hot, lots of choice at the salad bar. Children love refillable drinks and unlimited ice-cream.

All the staff were so lovely and the food was fresh and delicious even though it was 23.00 on a Friday night! Everywhere else was closed for food and we were starving! Place was almost entirely empty apart from staff, but they were all very kind and courteous. A very good experience indeed.

Jess was smiley and very welcoming. Overall the staff were very nice. Salad bar lacked flavour and like most people my age Pizza salad bar was full of variety and the potato salad use to be delicious. Its just chopped up potato now and runny. Bring back the old style.

I'm so glad I went back to Pizza Express. I was previously a bit put off by changes to the menu, but the pizzas very nice. Doughballs, pizza and salad is an easy choice. The prices have gone up with the quality however so I won't be going often enough.

I love this place! The staff are so helpful and friendly, and they're always smiling.
The food was so fresh, we ate so much as we went for the buffet and I was so stuffed afterwards but it was worth it.
The pasta and pizza were absolutely delicious, and the salad just completes the entire meal.

Can’t rate this place highly enough. The service, quality, freshness, ambiance everything was on point. Took my nephews and niece for a buffet and was pleasantly surprised at how great everything was. I used to go to buffets as a kid and didn’t think it would be close to the same again but it really want. Kids can’t wait to go back again!

Very attentive and helpful staff. Due to a mobility issue we were seated near the salad bar for convenience. Mohammad’s service was impeccable. Great experience.

Our server 'Mohammad' was extremely helpful in helping us choose the best value option for us and took the time to show us the salad bar and buffet and everything available to us. 5 stars will definitely visit again when we're back in the area.

You know what you are getting food wise... Review is primarily for the service we received at lunch from the girl serving us, she was amazing, didn't catch her name but definitely deserves a bonus, pay bump or just se.kind of company recognition for outstanding service.
So, hoping you'd recognise and have her maybe instill and train the other members of staff to the same level, consistency is key!
