Lovely food, decent portions and quality ingredients. The chips, wow, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Fish was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crispy batter covering large flakes of Cod inside. @Churchills, this is how it’s done!
First order yesterday for 2 large chips, 2 battered sausages and 2 Curry sauces.
Good sized portions and nice freshly cooked food. The batter on the sausage was a bit too crispy and the curry sauce could have been thicker and less watery but other than that it was good. Keep the portion sizes the same and I’ll keep coming back.
Excellent portion size, only tried regular size cod and chips, large one would of been huge. Cooked to order and very tasty. Cash only, but cash point at the local mini supermarket a couple of doors away.
Best fish and chips in the area! The portions are massive and the prices are reasonable. Batter on the fish is delicious. Service is quick despite it always being busy.

Holy Moly!! Had Cod and chips on Friday. They sure know how to make batter. It was beautiful - it was like being in heaven. Restaurant was clean and staff very helpful.
I had a large cod and large chips from Blue Bay Fish & Chips this evening. I had never been there before but went after reading reviews for the area. I was not disappointed. It was excellent. The portions were very generous. The chips were delicious, proper chippy chips. The fish tasted firm, flaky and fresh. The batter was crispy. Would highly recommend.
Really good traditional fish and chips with a wide range of other options available from the menu. Wait times can be fairly long, particularly when they are busy, it seems that they get quite a lot of telephone orders which can increase the wait time for those ordering in store. Despite this, in my opinion, it's well worth the wait for some decent fish and chips.
Placed our order in person at 1730 and there was just a 10 minute wait, we were the only customers in the store at the time.
Prices are okay and portion sizes are very good. A large chips will do a family of four easily. Battered sausage nice and crunchy, chips were fresh and not soggy.
Dropped a star because this place is cash only. Not great having to withdraw a 20 just to pay for an 11 pound meal for two - unlikely to ever return until card is accepted.
First time going there today! Very large portions and excellent food. Chips were excellent as were the sausage in batter and saveloy. Top marks, this will be my go to chippy in Bracknell
