You really need to book, we turned up and there was no availability, but we got lucky as one table were just finishing up, so we're given that table and were told we would have to vacate by 2pm as the table was booked for then, that have us 2 hours so that was five by us, we were very lucky to get a

Lovely tea rooms in a quiet little north Essex village. They have tables inside and out and I believe the building used to be a village pub a long time ago. The breakfasts are amazing and the home made cakes delicious.
