Me and my boyfriend went to chapel house on Monday, aperol spritz was really good for its money 5.99! Which most places is about 8.50-10 pound
Main was lovely as well as the starter !
Jo (I think her name is - blonde hair glasses I’m sure of ) was amazing lovely woman, was very warm and welcoming and made our evening better :)

I have been to Chapel House a few times now and always eaten at every visit. The food is amazing quality, fab portions for the price and simply delicious. Good variety of options so no matter what you like there should be something for you. I am always driving so opt for a soft drink but there is plenty of choice of cold non alcoholic, alcoholic and hot drinks
This is somewhere I will keep coming as the staff are friendly and attentive and the service is always amazing, highly recommend

Enjoyed a lovely lunch here today with a friend I hadn’t caught up with for a couple of years. We were not rushed at all to leave and were well looked after. We both had the king prawn and chorizo pea and mint risotto and it was excellent! I’ll be back for a repeat before long….😊👍

Restaurant staff are great very friendly and can't do enough for you they are brilliant and compliments to the chef , great food 👌.
However get rid of the two young male bar staff , very rude, very ignorant, no manners..send them on a customer service course teach them their P&Q s ...been coming here for quite a few years now and always been pleased but invited friends tonight from down south and they said the same , such a shame really. And while I'm at it get rid of the bar stools from the bar , getting into the bar to get a drink is ridiculous..appart from the food and the relaxing part of the venue the bar staff let it down ..just my opinion 👍

I used to love the food here but it's dropped a star simply because some options I loved like the mussels and the vegetarian lasagne have gone which were two of my favourites. I would say on their new menu there is less for anyone who is vegetarian or vegan than before.
Staff are very warm and helpful. Atmosphere is delightful.
