Latte amazing drive-through staff may benefit from training ie thank you please smile The Branson way ie not just about coffee , make it an experience no napkin with coffee perhaps understaffed?? A huge improvement from last week great welcome and service snd therefore only fair to give you 5 stars keep it up

As a muslim woman who is reluctant to go to cafes to work due to the limitations of finding somewhere to pray, I was humbly taken aback by the kind gesture made by the staff members (Paul and Arielle) at Java Joe who provided me with the utmost comfortability to perform my prayers. He even offered to block off an area for me. This meant more than words can express. From the 5* warm service of the staff to the amazing coffee (caramel latte) and food (which is brought to your table). This is hands down going to be my go to cafe from now on. The community that comes to the cafe is also very warm and they are nice to keep to their own business. Also a massive plus point for anyone supporting the boycott movement and are looking for alternatives to soft drinks like (Coca cola ect) they have Karma cola and other options available! I would highly highly highly recommend this cafe to everyone!!

Just nipped in for a coffee and was delighted to find out this is just an independent coffee shop. From the outside, with the drive thru I suspected it was a chain of some sort but thankfully isn't! Had the caramel salted latte and it was fantastic, milk right temp and service was impeccable. Very clean tables and chairs and enjoyed the decor and the atmosphere, also has a drive thru and a decent sized car park.. 100% recommend over Starbucks or Costa!

Absolutely amazing. My partner is physically disabled and suffers with tremors and dropped her drink, straight away they noticed and cleaned it up and asked her if she's okay. Gave her a free drink in return. Was served by Paul a lovely man, smiley and sociable and a nice girl with brown hair in ponytail. Staff are kind and considerate. Defiantly recommended.
