I don’t often write a review but today I felt that I had to. Today, I came only for a milkshake and as always the staff are kind and sound. They offer an outstanding service and I’m sorry to say the manager doesn’t know how to speak to his staff. He was very rude to them. When I came to collect my order made on the phone, the person who made the milkshake had put it in a normal glass, assuming that I was going to have it inside. The individual didn’t know if my order was for in-store or take out. The manager spoke to the individual in a rude way. Told him to make a new one and that the customer was waiting. I mean, it’s an easy mistake to make that can be dealt with in a professional manner. We are not all perfect. Mistakes happen. They only way to keep all your staff happy is to speak to them in a professional manner. There’s no need to speak to them like they don’t mean anything to you. The kind girl on the till apologised to me for the wait and I said it’s ok. No problem. These things happen.

No other dessert shop can beat this nice and fancy dessert area! THIS WAS AN AMAZING PLACE. No dibs. Tried the Belgian Chocolate Cake with cookies and cream. when i took that first bite it felt like fireworks popping in my mouth for this tasty amazingly surprisingly cake!!! NO DIBS, RECOMMENDED,NO OTHER DESSERT SHOP CAN BEAT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved it, food was excellent, desserts were outstanding, service is amazing. 2023 Update** Service has gone really bad recently, staff are hard to get a hold of apart from a young guy with a quiff upstairs who is always great! The manager, short, stubby with glasses ignores customers, tables are never set and menu’s had to be asked for, then he walks off when he gets a call on his mobile phone. Manager downstairs that wears a white shirt is always good but the waiters act like commis waiters Not sure why this place is going downhill in service, Shabbir really needs to keep an eye on it because clearly the management are not good, and in turn the staff are not talking their jobs seriously.

Service was exceptional. Decor was very sophisticated and clean. Food was okay I got chicken saffrani expecting a creamy chicken but it was too on the tomato side for me but it was okay, I didn’t like the pasta at all. The lasagna was very nice and creamy and if I was to revisit I would get this. The starters was perfect the chicken pokora tasted very nice as well as the lamb chops. The molten cake was the highlight of the meal, not big fan of chocolate but this was to die for, would deffo come again just for the cake. Chicken saffrani - 6/10 Lasagna- 8/10 Chicken pokora- 8.5/10 Lamb chops - 8/10 Molten cake - 10/10 Overall service was great, food was good and the atmosphere was relaxed. Would visit again :) HALAL

Really good food. Amazing ambience and service. We ordered chicken wings, lamb chops, tempura prawns and chicken nimbali. Everything was delicious. Unfortunately they brought in a wrong order for prawns. But the manager was very kind and did not charge us for the mix-up. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
