Big fish, had to break it to fit in the box, also threw in a dozen chips. Best Fish N Chips I’ve ever had.
I thought I'd tasted the best fish and chips until I'd been to this place. I'd drive 50 miles to eat this food, it's just incredible.
This place is always busy, with good reason, the food is excellent. Ordered fish and chips for the four of us, everyone was delighted with the quality.
Service efficient and friendly, they clearly have a good rapport with their local customers as everyone on first name terms but us occasionals are treated with the same kindness.

Easily the best chippy in Queensbury, quality is challenged by none. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a local chippy for dinner!

Always a great friendly service , huge portions and reasonable priced . When I order a fish on its own for my mum, they always throw a few chips in as well which is greatly appreciated ( or mine get pinched ) much better than most of the other places locally , including the one in a neighbouring village that supposedly one an award

I have eaten at Fish and Chip shops all over the UK. They don't supply cod here, but the batter and Haddock and chips is superb! As is the sevice. Price is reasonable too. Odd opening times but hey who cares. Worth the wait. Wouldn't go anywhere else in the old mill village!
