First time, came with family who have all been before. Staff so welcoming, kind and helpful. Value for money , delicious pudding and custard. Drinks all excellent. Lovely place to chat relax and enjoy precious time with family.

In my honest opinion, I believe from my experience Junoon Cafe offers the best shisha ,mocktails, teas and delicious dessert. Not to forget the staff are extremely friendly and so nice they all make you feel so welcome it's a vibe for all. I highly recommend . And I will definitely keep going back !! Xx

Lovely place lovely location. Decorated beautifully. The ambiance is nice and no messy surrounds or people. Customer service was literally 5*. Staff were very welcoming polite and helpful. Overall nice crisp place. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely come again and recommend to my friends

I never leave reviews but I feel they deserve it, because everytime me and the wife go; their service along with smooth smoke brings us back. They are always so friendly and don’t have to wait too long like other places to get coal change, prices are very fair too.

This a lovely place to chill out in. The ambiance is so nice with the decor and lighting.
The staff and manager are very friendly.
Music is on point and not played loudly so you hear each other’s conversation. There is a good selection of refreshments and desserts.
I’m impressed how nice the Desi tea is and love the Harrogate water which comes in a glass bottle…well thought of in terms of freshness compared to using plastic bottles. The shisha was really good. The staff were very attentive checking on us and changing the coals regularly. One of the best shisha lounges I’ve been to. Great experience, will be back and highly recommend.

Came here with my sister few nights ago and wow the service is impeccable 👌 the servers are incredibly attentive and dont need promting into clearing table etc.

Felt really comfortable been here no weird guys.
The manager I didnt get his name but wow so kind and very professional he ran it so well spoke to staff politely and looked like he took care of them. He took the time to speak to us about how the service was and told us his background which was nice to know.
The shisha is good quality and staff are knowledgeable.
The mocktails, mint tea and desi is bang on as well. Decent cafe.
Deffo reccomend for a chilled relaxing night and deffo coming again! 🥰

Was really surprised at this place. Love it.
Order your shisha at the front. You can see the flavours all in their tubs and he makes the pots infront of you.
The place is done really well. The decor fits in with the building. Very comfortable chairs to sit on.
As soon as you've sat the shisha follows. Quickest shisha I've seen! The smoke is really good. They put 4 coals on to get the shisha goin and then remove one once the temp is up.
Mocktail was delicious as was the desi tea. Good crowd and the music isn't too loud so you can have a conversation.
