What an experience !! Been coming for years but today was different, was met by a young lad who works here by the name of Hashim Hamid. What a credit to this store, so polite and manners are on point Smiling all they way through with such positive energy . Keep it up and keep shining young man. Thank you Hashim !!

Very impressed, I am a vegetarian and ordered the vegan steak. The first member of staff put on fresh gloves before taking my order, on realising I was meat free, he then asked the second staff member to put on fresh gloves to complete my sub. No one has ever actually done that before and I really appreciate him doing so.

very good , I was very impressed when a lady came in and asked for gluten free bread the young man said I'll just change my gloves , so theres no contamination.

Excellent service. The staff helped us with our order and guided us about the options available. Furthermore, they made the sandwiches so delicately and decently - a rare sight nowadays! The food was excellent in taste.

Great staff members in this branch. All of them very pleasant every time I visit. Branch is very clean, unlike the great horton road branch which is terrible!
