Who the hell employs these ppl! So rude! The manager needs to assess their communications with customers. Absolutely appalling! Like chavies from the block! The attitude on these ladies, lack of communication, no eye contact, no smiles, no politeness. These are key points for good customer service. Manager needs to train its colleagues.
