I think the staff at Greggs are wonderful. They always welcome you with a smile and make you smile in turn! The shop is in a prime location and is very busy and I think the staff do a wonderful job to keep it running smoothly! They certainly don’t deserve the abuse and rudeness that they get from customers which I have witnessed over past visits.
