Possibly the worst Gregg's I have ever had. Ordered a latte. Was practically a black coffee. The lid didn't have a drinking hole so didn't try it till I got to work. The baguette and bacon was clap cold. Not even luke warm. Staff were pleasant..just don't know how you can make a bad Greggs.

Girl behind the counter was very friendly. Helped me save some money on my order by signing up to the app. A brilliant shopping experience. She could go far with that level of customer service.

Disgusting behaviour from the lady on the till no manners whatsoever ever my 13 year old son went inside to get food she screamed and shouted at him while taking order ,while others told her off is that what you call a customer service . Should be sacked asap
