I've always loved the Mid Brae Inn, from the gorgeous food, to the ambiance of the lounge bar, the friendly staff and the amazing night life at weekends i highly recommend this place to everyone

Lovely lunch yesterday, the food was delicious, will definitely be back. Only downside was the amount of broken toys my little boy found in the toy box!

Great food, lovely staff, the only place on Shetlands so far that offers fresh home made chips. We had a potato and leek soup, Guiness stew and rump steak in pepper sauce - big delicious portions. You might want to share a starter to save room for a dessert.

Always loved this wee place. Food is dynamight. Redecorated the main restaurant since last time I was in years ago so looks good. The bar on the opposite sifellde had a jukebox & booze so I was happy but don't think the locals liked my music choices lol. Favourite place in Brae for food & drinks deffo.

Very good food after a long day og hiking! Best fried chicken i've had ever. The staff was very nice, made us feel right at home, and helped us find a place to camp overnight, Good selection of draughts too.

We booked a table for last night. The Lady that took the booking thought it was for drinks. But it was for a meal. They promptly moved us from the bar to the restaurant. They couldn't do enough to make us feel special. Food was amazing as was the hospitality. We're here for another week and will definitely be coming back for more please

Unassuming from the outside but comfort able dining room. Food was excellent, best chilli I've had for years and beer was good too. Glad we went.

Absolutely amazing home cooked food, at great prices with great sized portions and great service left absolutely stuffed couldn’t even manage a desert. I will be back.

Great atmosphere, exceptionally friendly staff. Meals are very good value for money. Diane and her staff run an excellent pub, well worth a visit.

So I was on a cycling trip and the weather turned… found myself at the pub for a day. This was a great place to be, met a bunch of lovely folks over the time there. Good prices too. And after a few more than my bike could support and with winds beyond reasonable, the lovely barmaid helped out in an unexpected way. Thanks!

Friendly, warm (no mean thing in a Shetland winter) with a good selection of food. Ample parking and very family friendly with toys and colouring for toddlers. Definitely go again.
