Employees working grills and fryers wearing Crocs, everyone has air pods in, eating ice cream at the register, barely got a lethargic hello, let alone a smile. Doesnt anyone care about custo.er service anymore?!?! On the plus side, got the Houston burger, and it was fantabulous, although the burgers were still pretty pink.

The lack of customer service is appalling. These people were moving slower than a snails pace and could not be bothered to do their jobs. Almost every employee wearing AirPods, ignoring the fact that there’s a line of 15+ people waiting to order, taking their time doing each and every task as if they were bothered to be at work and acting as if customers were an annoyance to them. And if one more of these individuals rolled their eyes I would have freaked out. The only reason I didn’t get off of the line was because I had already waited 15-20 minutes just to order. Clearly they need better management at this location.

Prices are a little too steep for what you recieve and service is very slow for takeout. On my most recent visit, my order took more than 15 mins to be made and was prepared incorrectly. I had asked for the grilled chicken BLT sandwich as I'd seen on their online menu but instead of recieving a BLT on crispy toasted bread, I got a plain chicken sandwich with only lettuce, tomato and mayo on a soggy untoasted wheat roll. Also, they did not offer any salt for my fries, or put any napkins in the bag. Ever since, I have not returned nor do I plan to any time soon. I was not impressed.

The burger and fries both tasted fine when they came out. The women at the cash register took my order, forgot she took the order, came back up to me to see if I had been served. Then I watched my food sit in the window, not under a lamp for about 6 min while used the tray that my food was being served on to count the money in the drawer. When I said, to the woman who took my order that it was cold she just walked away. Once I got a hold of the manager (?) I did finally get my order

I was appalled by the food and service of this local "Johnny Rockets". The service was abysmal as the server was rude and talking to friends of hers. Me and my family waited 1 hour for our burgers and fries. My wife and I ordered hamburgers and they were undercooked and my sons hot dog was undercooked. When we complained the waitress rudely answered " what do you want me to do about it"! They didn't even take anything of the bill! I later experienced horrible gas and diarrhea. I was constantly vomiting and was brought into the urgent car and was diagnosed with food poisoning! I didn't tip and most definitely will not be returning to this awful, herendous restaurant.
