I am from the Cape Cod area, I have to say the Plaza was amazing! It had everything you could imagine! The closet was very clean and well organized. There were plenty of places to sit and handicapped accessible. We enjoyed Macy’s, Target, Cheesecake Factory and a few of the smaller stores. I will definitely go again. Having everything in one place was certainly convenient.

This is an awesome mall! There aren't many malls around our area anymore, and this one is a little bit of a drive, but it's worth it. They add new stores to this mall all the time. They have the trendy new shops for summer& back to school shopping. They have bubble tea, &a diverse array of other places to eat/drink, all throughout the mall. If you are a person who finds yourself having some anxiety around crowded indoor areas, this shopping mall, is probably not your cup of tea. But there really are so many stores you can't find anywhere else..it's worth it!

This plaza, or mall, is HUGE! Nice architecture, but, similar to other malls in Massachusetts. This plaza seems to have "branches" or sections that go off to other stores on the side while you walk. We found ourselves a little disoriented and wondering where we were and did we go this way before. Top 🔝 floor is carpeted. Food court is located there. Pet 🐕 Express my friend wanted to visit as soon as she saw it. Men's bathroom, at the food court, was a little beaten on but usable with touchless sinks and hand 🧤 dryers. My friend said the women's bathroom was in good shape. Food court was busy, but, we found a table. Target 🎯 is located in the plaza and seems to occupy the third level. Braintree police have a spot next to the food court. 🍨 Ice-cream, custard 🍮 and pretzels are available on the ground floor level. Elevator available for top 🔝 and floor level. Escalators for all levels. Multiple levels and set ups for parking 🅿️. Wifi available, but, my phone 📱 kept trying to access all the stores Wifis. I don't think 🤔 think there is a facemask policy. It's up to your discretion. All of us were vaccinated. We didn't see 🙈 a plaza map 🗺️ anywhere. Store directory you can find online. I recommend a visit if you like malls.

It was a good time for me to go I went before 12pm it was no stress no rushing i went to return some clothes that i had purchased met with the owner we walked around to see if i could find something else to exchange with and we had a wonderful time she was very patient once we established what i liked it was on we found some beautiful outfits for me to wear thank you so so much I will be returning💘😊🙏
