Been here loads of times and the meals aren't consistent, they are usually fairly decent. Saying that the lasagna is awful and the garlic bread, isn't really garlic bread, it was terrible and not even cooked properly. A nice, big pub. Liked the play area as it suited the children well. They were even out there in the rain (earning badass points for exercise is poor weather). There was a surprising lack of telescope infrastructure.
Good food and nice atmosphere. Reluctantly went back to this place with friends after a pretty average experience. Things have really improved, the staff were excellent as was the relatively new manager. He seems to have pulled the place back together.
Decor is great, and there is a great atmosphere. Plenty of choice on the menu, and the food is excellent. Staff are friendly and professional. Parking is onsite with plenty of spaces.
I think the lads name was Sam behind the bar, but honestly the greatest barman Iāve ever come across. Always around for chat when itās not busy, and helps me and mates when thereās issues with their pool table. Donāt think Iād go anywhere else.

Visited on Tuesday and had a lovely meal, I want to say that Ashlea Reeve a member of the staff team was EXCEPTIONAL, she was not just smiley and polite but she was quick and attentive, thank you for Great food and Service.
Lunch for 4, food and service good. Atmosphere was good as the finals for the women's football was being played.

Went in on a Monday afternoon, and fed the family. Really good food and really nice staff. Also a great atmosphere. Food was lovely too.
Sam was absolutely brilliant in helping us organise my brotherās 18th birthday meal. Both he and Chloe were friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to cater to us all.

My first visit with friends, staff were lovely and the food was nice. The only complaint I have is they said they don't serve coffee after 8pm I didn't pay the bill so I don't know how much it cost
