Food was excellent, only issue is there's too much to choose from on the menu. The mozzarella starter was really good but the jack Daniels sesame chicken is epic!!!. Couldn't decide what to pick from the mains so picked the mix grill as it had a bit of everything, chicken breast, rump steak, bacon chop, ribs, chicken wing, tomato, mushroom, corn on the cob, fries and dipping sauce. The steak was a bit chewy. Alot of food for £32. Wife and daughter a both had burgers which they both loved.
We went for a bottomless brunch, it's 3 sharer dishes between 2, so as long as you have the same taste, that's fine. We upgraded to the cocktails. They are quite quick on the cocktails and allow 2 hours from the order of the first round, so that's really handy. They've got a few cocktails to choose from, probably could do with introducing a couple more for the bottomless brunch. There was 8 of us and they managed really well.
Just had the Glazed double stack burger, WOW, it’s the best burger I’ve had for a long time. Absolutely delicious. Their special BBQ sauce is Amazing too. Had it with the salad and that was tasty too. You got to try it!!
The staff was great, especially Emily! The tex-mex chicken salad was tasty. I appreciated the time taken to explain the new menu and helping me to find a drink that fit me! Who doesn't like a 2 for 1 deal?! I'll be back!
This TGI's is really well managed. The waiters are friendly, the food doesn't take long and the cocktails are yum!
Amazing dinner and service the team were friendly and the food was delicious so well cooked and flavoursome, I have an allergy so the manager Jessica had to take my order and she dealt with it so well she knew exactly what I could and couldn’t eat, and as soon as my food was ready it was brought over to me.
I would 100% recommend this restaurant to others it’s a family friendly restaurant as well so something for everyone.

Brilliant food lots of options. Great and friendly service. Even though it was busy we still managed to get a table. Without having to book. Comfortable seating and clean table. Would definitely recommend.
First time at this restaurant. Been to many TGI Fridays and this was one of the best for food and service. Waitress was awesome, a great laugh and very friendly. Felt sorry for her with a difficult customer who was just your worst nightmare. Great food. Will definitely be going back.
I visited the restaurant on a Thursday evening and I was served by Mandy. The service was fantastic because of the fact that she was attentive and focused on providing incredible service. I had the Wagyu Beef burger which was delicious and all accommodations required were offered to us without question. One of the best American restaurants in the entirely of Essex because the food is great, the service is top notch and the atmosphere with the great music was welcoming. Perfect place to satisfy an appetite.
