Ordered a take away from here recently. The service was fantastic. The system is very easy to use. When I arrived my order was ready and I was met by a lovely staff member (may), lovely girl very friendly and ensured that everything was in my order. The food was still hot when I got home and it was soo tasty. Thank you May and all the team at nandos Braintree x.

I took my foreign partner to Nando’s today for the first time, as a Brit this is understandably a massive occasion. We were served my Morgz who was absolutely fantastic. A very kind and attentive young woman, thankyou also to the manager who was very kind. The food was quick and absolutely delicious.

Food is normal like any other Nando’s….but the staff is sure a 5 stars rating.
2nd visit, help yourself plates are oily, not clean, disappointed. Needed to down the eating from 5 stars to 4 stars.

Best comfort food from here after shopping at Braintree Freeport or after going to the cinema. My partner and I choose to eat here a lot due to the service alone. We find the staff so friendly here compared to other places and they always go above and beyond. Food is of great quality, price and portions. The staff here should be proud of this store as it's such a great representation of Nando's!

Perfect location. Easy comfort food served here after a shopping trip at Braintree Freeport. Their chicken liver is a must try.😋 Just reserve your table online to avoid disappointment as it gets busier especially during weekends and bank holidays. They accept bluelight card discount as of writing. It’s right next to the cinema too so it’s very convenient after a movie date.😜

We enjoy coming to Nando’s Braintree as they are all so accommodating when you get there, Food is always exactly how we want it. Service is great and they really make you feel welcome. We learned today the guys name (Dan) He always remembers us and never has a day off 😂.
The lady at the end was so friendly today too. We didn’t catch your name but she only works weekends and bank holidays 😂 keep up the good work you’re all so friendly. We visit here when we have just finished work and need to de-stress.
