What great place for a nice lunch or afternoon tea.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and help you to unwind in the relaxing atmosphere.
The food is great with a selection of things to suit all tastes and dietary needs.

Enjoyable visit on a rainy day. Had lunch and it was excellent, good value. Nice atmosphere and very good service. Small display of tiptree products for sale as well. Look forward to going back.

Wanted something different as my mum is fussy... we had a lovely unrushed afternoon tea. The barns are quite informative 👍 they have a small museum type place on site. We will be going to other Tiptree tea rooms to try those too.

Luckily we booked a table for 3, arriving at midday, by 12.30 the tearoom was fairly full.
Food was very good and the service was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful.

Arrived at 12 pm on mother's Day, to find tea room fully booked. The ladies were very kind and accomodating and squeezed us in. Top service and lovely afternoon tea. Thank you X

Nice lunch out with my stepmum here the other day, pleasant staff, nice food, good options, I had a tuna melt which had some salad on the side which was nice and fresh and a complimentary onion relish/chutney which was so delicious I had to buy more to take home! Environment clean and bright/open, quiet and calm. Very nice and had 'of the day' options on their menu and a nice selection, plenty of parking outside and felt like a nice little escape.

Nice airy barn. I imagine very nice for afternoon tea. Was fairly empty in the morning but obviously gets busy around lunchtime.
Although my friends toasted sandwich was fine it was a shame the beans in my breakfast were overcooked (reheated too many times) and where the menu said 'eggs' they meant one egg.

We were there for a Celebration of Life after the funeral service. They catered to the vegetarian, non vegetarian and gluten free members of our party. We had a private room but they checked on us occasionally but left us to our devices which is what we wanted. Thank you, I would recommend .
