Me and my daughter went, we ordered a hot chocolate with oat milk and a chocolate fudge frappe with coffee and cream, I was given the frappe and the the girl looked at us and said what are you waiting for, we told her hot chocolate which …
The service is bad. Servers are cold and passive aggressive, the glass isn’t fully filled ever and when it is it’s half drink half foam. Costa is very expensive so it shouldn’t be like that. Also servers never present the orders nicely anymore no plates no serviettes or spoons etc.

Classic. Staff stood behind the counter chatting whilst tables are full of detritus from previous customers. Dear Costa, do your job so we can sit down. Awful experience.
Dirty, expensive and the server whose name begins with P was so moody and rude she could have turned the milk. So many friendlier independents in Bramhall, won’t be going here again.
Another Costa Coffee outlet doing what it does well.

she almost burnt the food, she barley any caramel pieces on our drinks, pretty much no wipped cream and LICKED HER FINGERS THEN TOUCHED OUR STRAWS AND PEOPLES FOOD!!!! 26/11/23 -- ordered caramel frappe, no caramel and told ys the machine was broken AFTER they gave us the drink.
