Rachel was able to give me ideas for our table decorations for our 20th Wedding Anniversary party and when she delivered them on a very windy day, they were truly amazing. The roses were the exact same burnt orange that were in my wedding bouquet 20 years ago. They were arranged beautifully in little cream pots with a balloon pinned in, 1 for each table. In situ, the hall looked amazing and at the end of the evening I was able to offer the pots of flowers and the balloons as gifts to our bridesmaids, family & friends. Rachel was also very helpful when 1 balloon blew away as she delivered them, so she went back to her shop after having closed up and brought a replacement, now that is customer service for you. We came to Lily’s of Bramhope for our wedding flowers and they were perfect. Rachel is such a warm friendly person and made everything so easy (at a very stressful time). Nothing is too much. A wonderful little boudoir of flowers, plants and household curiosities. The young lady, who was very knowledgeable about plants and flowers, put together a pretty floral arrangement for my grandmother's death anniversary. The quality of the flowers and plants is top notch (flowers I buy from M&S and Waitrose start wilting in a matter of days). I've bought plants from here too and they're great. I shall be offering my patronage here from now on.

Rachel and Elly were so kind and compassionate during this awful time.and were
extremely knowledgeable about what type of flowers to choose.
The casket spray, wreaths and funeral letters were absolutely stunning and everyone
remarked on how magnificent the flowers were. Bearing in mind we had just come out
of the second lockdown it lifted everybody’s spirits to see such beautiful work.
They are arranging the flowers for my mum’s funeral on Monday. I had a sneak preview
today and know everything will be as wonderful as before. Fabulous ladies with a fantastic talent

I found a jellycat on the website that I had been looking for for a while and they didn’t deliver to my area so I rang up and asked if it was possible to ship it to me and the lady was so lovely and sorted it all out for me. One of the nicest experiences I have ever had thank you so much :)
