Navigating the mobile app was such a challenge, significantly impacting the dining-in experience. Personally, I'd prefer the convenience of a waiter handling the billing, rather than managing it myself through the app.
However, the food was served promptly, and it was both hot and tasty. The servers were polite, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience.

Tonight I went to pizza hut and a trip worth taking on arrival we were greeted by the host shown to our table a short while later the waitress came over to take our order I missed the buffet so was still undecided I found the waitress to be calm and respectful and soon I chose the family even bigger sharer I ordered bbq American and meat feast pizzas and bbq chicken wings and southern fried nuggets as starters we were told to help our self to the salad bar which was cold fresh and delicious soon after eating two bowls of salad the starters and mains arrived piping hot it was too much to eat in one sitting so I decided to take pizza home with me but before I could go I had to have a slice of I cant believe its not cheesecake so glad I did was expecting the cheese filling to be a bit lighter but it was sweet and mouthwatering all the same I suggest anyone to take a trip to this pizzahut worth the visit congratulations you scored 5 star way to go 1 star for staff friendliness 1 star for customer service 1 star for food quality 1 star for food presentation and 1 star for restaurant cleanliness
Took the grandchildren and had a very enjoyable meal. I will have to get used to the way you order as you have to use the QR code at your table. Don't know if it was my phone or their WiFi connection, but it took me ages to order on my phone.
Was welcomed by friendly member of staff. Asked to choose table which was nice. Service was great and the waitor was very nice and friendly. Lights above us were flickering and we moved table which they didn't mind. Food was on point as always and food came out on time. Would recommend
Great food and service, an ideal place to dine in. Be aware that waiting times appear to be longer if you take-away than eat in - although the pizza is worth the wait.
the fast paced service and the quality of the meal. it’s an easy location ho find also. Since it summer it was important to me that the restaurant was not too hot and this location was cool which was great

First time we've been to pizza hut. We enjoyed it. It was busy for a week day but the staff kept up with bringing fresh pizza.
My first ever visit to Pizza Hut , being an OAP taking a Grandchild , it’s hard find a place to make both age groups happy , I found it diff at first ordering by phone , a new experience for me , but the staff was abo amazing and so we not only both ate well and both enjoy the food , I also leap how to order by phone , a very happy Grandma and Grandchild , I will definitely be taking my other Grandchildren , I wish they could do an OAP menu , yes they boxed up what I didn’t eat , but I am old fashioned and don’t eat cold or reheated food , or maybe I missed Something x x
