Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I don’t know where to start but the short comings here are a list too long. I get wanting to rate a place with good employees 5-star but good employees cannot make up for poor quality food, forgotten foods, low quality of sugar replacement options, and proportion sizes. Bad enough I drive 30 minutes out of my way to be here but they forgot my kale slaw which I drove 30 minutes back to get in total I spent two hours driving there and back twice and this is the size of the kale slaw that i apparently ordered. there has to be other ways to compensate people for the replacement of a missing food order or to repay them back. Gas is already incredibly high, so our standards need to reach that as well. this is barely 1 ounce of a slaw, i would’ve never droven back for this. Posting to save someone else from the hassle.

Tropical smoothie café is one of my favorite places to go I was so happy to know there is a new location in the Bloomingdale area I ordered online and picked up a bit and had to wait in line the only thing is the employee seem kind a bored and not that outgoing. Other than that my smoothie was great and my flat bread was amazing
