Buffalo Wild Wings

We haven't ordered from this location for about a year because ordering online is a hit mess! I only ordered again because of a gift card given to me. Buffalo Mac & Chz (For $12, I could assume I'm getting more than 3 boneless chicken), No sauce on the chicken, we had to add our own hot sauce 🙄(also taste rubbery), fries were warm and not soggy, and the wrap is delicious. The fries are the best part for me and I'm glad they didn't mess it up.

Haven't been to Buffalo wild wings in a long time and this trip just reminded me the reason why I didn't go there anymore. Not only the wings were small and unflavorful but when I asked him how they did their seasoning she says they put it all in a bowl and then season it. Just to find out that all my wings were basically just like a frosted mini wheat seasoning on one side nothing on the other. The pictures are the proof Plus I pretty much had to track down the bartender to get me a refill on my beer. And the place was practically empty with around maybe 12 people total. If it wasn't for the gift card I probably wouldn't have ended up there. I gave the remaining balance of my gift card to a homeless man down the street

I don’t really like eating boneless wings with my fingers and the waitress didn’t give us any silverware beforehand. After she gave us our food, it took her A WHILE to check up on us. It took her approximately 10- 15 minutes to ask if we needed anything. She would continually help out the other tables and then walk right pass our table without saying a word. When I would talk to the young waitress, she had a soft voice and came off as a shy introverted person. (Which there is nothing wrong with that! I am too an introvert.) But if you’re a waitress, you should be able to multitask and have good communication skills. Despite her not coming to our table frequently, I did tip her 25%! Everyone has their bad days The speakers in the restaurant are wayyyy too loud. Especially in the front of the restaurants where the booths are at. I’ve been to multiple BWW and other sport bars, and it’s never been so loud like this location. I couldn’t even hear my partner talking to me, and he was beside me. There were also flies and gnats flying around the restaurant which made me on the verge of losing my appetite. The fountain drinks aren’t good either. It taste like you mix sink water with the soda syrup. Either that, or you’re not changing the fountain machine nozzles WHICH ALOT OF RESTAURANTS DONT DO LIKE THEYRE SUPPOSED TO. To add, they tend to run out of french fries towards the end of the day. In replacement, they have tater tots which would make me run away… Tater tots and wings do not sound good to me. I know I seem like I’m nitpicking at everything…This was just my experience at this BWW location .

Y'all. Just don't eat here. 8 months ago they delivered food that had been made 6 hours before. 6. Hours. They actually brought us soggy boxes that the sticker showed the time of prep was 6 hours before. I had ordered online the night before for the following evening, so I guess they wanted to save time by risking food poisoning for food that sat out on the counter half the day.They gave us a gift card for that, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and finally tried them again. Then last night, they topped themselves by missing 18 of 25 items we ordered. One set of 12 wings completely missing, zero celery or carrot sets, zero side sauces and not a single one of the extra sauces we ordered. Our son got plain wings so he could try the different sauces we ordered, so he ended up with plain wings with nothing to use on them, and this was supposed to be a special treat for him. I got no wings at all. My husbands wings were ok. They were nice enough to send us someone else's order of mango habanero wings but that sauce is so hot it can trim your nose hairs just by smelling it, so that was a no go for anyone in my family. We ordered 2 orders of onion rings and one was perfectly fine, but the other looked like half a batch from the bottom of the basket, burnt and very sparse. We paid almost $100 for this order and when we called the store manager they blamed the delivery driver, being short staffed and did pretty much everything BUT take responsibility before finally hanging up on me. Refused to send someone with the missing food. Offered a gift card? But that did nothing to remedy the situation. Seriously, don't bother with this place. Read other reviews, too. They have had similar issues. We contacted corporate and they offered apologies and a refund, and said they will be investigating the complaints against this store. Better, but it still didn't fix the dinner situation. Just save yourself the hassle and headache and hungry tummies and find a better wing place.

First time we ate at Buffalo Wild Wings and I wasn't impressed. The music was so loud we couldn't hear the waitress or each other 6 wings were almost 10.00 and they were not meaty at all. They brought my wings out 5 min before my husband's so mine was cold by the time he got his. She never offered to refill or drinks. Won't be back😠

I just placed a $150 order for delivery. I had to wait 2.5 hours for delivery did not get my carrots and celery. I did not get the sauces I ordered for my wings nor the sauces for my my fries nor sauce for my onion rings. The food was cold and the boxes were mushy! Very disappointing. I should have ordered from Hooters.
