We had dinner twice in this lovely Indian restaurant. The main reason to go there the first time was that the very friendly owner allowed us to bring our dog - the only restaurant we could find in Brecon (except pubs)! There is only one table for dog owners, though, so make sure to book the table or be prepared to wait. It was our luck that we "had" to go there for dinner because the food was exceptional. We had papadums which are served with a variety of dips - be sure to try those. As starters we had the "butterfly shrimp" and "veggie samosa". Main dishes were the Assamese Duck and Peppery Korai. Especially the main courses were cooked with fresh ingredients, were seasoned perfectly and altogether tasted fantastic. It was so good that we went back a few days later and had the same experience. Value for money is great, especially compared to what you would normally get in a pub. I fully recommend this Zeera to anyone who loves a spicy meal paired with a friendly service.
We were visiting on holiday and got a take away one evening. Some of us are veggie, some pescatarian and some meat eaters, everything was amazing and really good value! 10/10 recommend to everyone
We popped in on a Sunday as we had just arrived in Brecon and were very hungry; the food was incredible and decently priced. Their garlic mains were some of the best curries I've ever had, and portions were very generous. Staff were all very friendly and the overall experience was unbeatable!
