We had a family gathering at the bell on Saturday afternoon 28 in total , we didn’t book tables but managed to get a few tables together , we didn’t all eat at the same time , everyone ate as and when suited them , food sevice was good can’t complain , food was nice no complaints . Great place to take children . We would definitely recommend we always use the bell for our family get togethers
Go to the bell at least once a week food is very good,service friendly my only moan would be that sometimes have to wait too long to get a drink and order food as only 2 bar staff,but they are always friendly ,would still highly recommend.
It is a lovely place to visit. The atmosphere inside and outside is very nice. There is children play area outside.
Food was delicious.
The staff was helpful except one young lady that looked a bit lost and was forgetful and as if she did not know what she was doing. We got our food and drinks at the end.
The Bell is THE place to be. Over the last 6 months, we have become regulars and are ALWAYS welcomed by the staff. Last Saturday, we treated our children and their partners to a meal and all agree...it was the best. I just have to mention and give a massive thank you to the following staff (friends):

What a great visit. Nice to see The Bell is dog friendly in the bar area now! I popped in after a dog walk, expecting to have to sit outside but I was pleasantly surprised to be able to sit in the bar.
After a couple of very mediocre experiences a couple of years ago, we stopped going to the bell. However, we decided to go back the other day and was very pleased with e erything across the board in all areas. Our visit was for an evening meal at 5pm on a Monday evening.
I had the baked salmon and prawn, my wife and mum had the chilli chicken and my dad the steak pie. We were all very pleased.
I love to eat here in summer months. Haven't been back since last summer, but had a lovely lunch today.
Absolutely love the huts in the outside area. They are very cool and we enjoyed eating our lunch in The graze.
The only downside side for myself and for others was the wasps.
They are determined lil bleeders.
I'm thinking maybe some citronella coils or candles for the outside area.
Other than that 10/10. 👍🏻😊

Been here a few times, mostly a good experience, quite left waiting for too long at the reception desk, I would like the staff to be happier, customer service is king. That said, the food is well cooked and good value for money.
The staff are all first class.
Very Welcombing and helpful.
The food is gorgeous and the beer is Cold.
Highly Recommed a stop just for a refreshment or a munch.
All the Staff are very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
Really good food here nice staff price range same at most pubs. Beautiful beer garden. My only criticism was not enough chips on any of our dinners. Other than that perfect. Worth a visit.
lovely food and friendly staff just one recommendation, you need to put more options on the menu for vegetarians when it comes to wraps and sandwiches. :-) as there was one choice and it was just open sandwiches which I wasn't keen on. needs i.e. wraps and sandwiches as well please
Went here for my birthday and loved every minute of it. Food was good and staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
