Longhorn Steakhouse

Five of our family went here for dinner last week. The experience was very good. We had a friendly server (Shane) and he was extremely attentive, making sure that all was well. We had appetizers ( the onion one is fun, forgot the name of it). All of us had different meals, and I had the salmon. It was a little dry for my taste, but seasoned well. All in all, I would go there again. Good service.

Had a waitress who was training another one. Honestly I appreciate that but It affected our service tremendously in a negative way. Way too much time to get our drinks, salad, meal and bill. It wasn't really busy either. Food was consistent with other locations in other states. Delicious , just entirely too much time in between each event.

Wow! Let me tell you about our experience. The host was wonderful. Cracking genuine funny jokes as she showed us to our table. On our way to the table a waiter told my 5 year old son he loved his light up shoes in passing. Our waitress Shelby was amazing! Our food came quick and steaks were delicious! We were celebrating our buying of a house, in which we mentioned to the waitress. When we asked for the check, she came back with a slice of strawberry cake with Congrats written in chocolate syrup on the plate. She said "We all wanted to say congratulations on your house". My family was beyond blown away with the service we received here! From the top down an awesome experience!

The service was great even though it was really crowded. I don't know what others ate but my steak was terrible. It had too much seasoning that made it spicy hot and very tough. Our server offered to cook another one but we were traveling and still had four more hours to go after traveling about eight already. No time to wait again. The salad and sweet potato was good.

I went in on a Saturday around 1:00 p.m. I came to this location because of the great reviews. My waitress Jayden was very nice and checked in on me from time to time. One of my biggest problems with the meal was SALT! There was salt in the dressing, salt in the gravy, salt in the steak. If you like an over abundance of salt then you will like the food. I started with bread and butter. The only knife to use was the BIG steak knife that came in your napkin I ordered the Flo steak 6 oz with potatoes and a salad. The salad was a good size. The main course arrived with the steak and a scoop of potatoes. There were signs the steak had been slid onto the plate and there was no gravy or garnish. There might be better meals or at dinner time a different chef however I don't think I would return.
